Once you have submitted your order, you will receive and email. If you selected "I want Colotera to design my banner", we will provide up to 1.5 hours of design work to create your piece, but we still need your logo and brand colors so these items will be requested if they have not already been provided to us. If we discern that the complexity of your request is going to require more than 1.5 hours of design work, we will notify you of the overage amount and will send an invoice for the remaining amount.
If you selected "I'll provide print-ready artwork" then you will receive an email with a link to upload your completed artwork. If you are unable to provide artwork that meets the requirements below, please select the Custom Artwork option, and our Graphic Designer will contact you concerning the details of the custom artwork you need for your banner.
Artwork must be provided in one of these file formats: JPG, PNG, EPS, PDF, PSD, TIFF, SVG
Artwork dimensions should be 85x200 cm (34x79 inches) at a minumum of 150 ppi.
